My work with communication has taken many forms—clinician, professor, advisor, mentor, leader, ombudsperson, speaker, and coach. Across those experiences, one thing has remained constant: a curiosity about how we communicate, what influences our interactions, and what becomes possible when we begin to see our patterns more clearly.
My academic and professional background in communication sciences and disorders provides a deep understanding of how people listen, process information, express themselves, learn, and interact. My work in education, advising, leadership, conflict management, and coaching has broadened that understanding to include the many ways communication shapes our relationships, choices, challenges, and transitions.
InnerSight brings those experiences together through a communication-centered approach grounded in awareness, curiosity, authenticity, and choice.
